(IF) WEIGHT LOSS PACKAGES

Intermittent fasting (IF) is not a diet. It is simply a way to manage your food that greatly improves your health and promotes healthy weight loss. It does not address WHAT you eat, it addresses WHEN you eat. Every day you will eat within a specified period of time, called an eating window. You are always in control, and you determine the hours of your eating window, based on your goals. When you are not within your eating window, you are clean fasting.

You are in the driver’s seat; identify what issues you are dealing with, what your new or updated goals are, and create an action plan. Then you will schedule a follow-up 45-minute session with Paige to discuss how the plan is working and to make any changes in order to ensure your success.
