IF WEIGHT-LOSS PACKAGES

Option #1

The “INTERMITTENT FASTING: NEW HABITS, NEW LIFE” Package. A 12-week coaching package designed to give you space to ingrain healthy habits, mindset shifts, and customize your own IF program. It is divided into four 3-week sections; all sections must be taken to complete the package and receive a certificate of completion.
  • One-on-one individual package includes a weekly 45-minute Zoom call and one weekly accountability, motivation, and support check-in via SMS text.
  • Crew package includes free membership to a private Facebook group for additional accountability, motivation, and support, and to ask questions, along with a weekly 60-minute crew Zoom call.
  • This package consists of the following:
ONE PAIGE AT A TIME (Weeks 1-3) Learn the practice of intermittent fasting, one day at a time. Set goals and begin developing your personal IF program.

THE NEXT PAIGE (Weeks 4-6)
Take the next step and identify non-scale victories (NSVs) as markers of success. Learn to recognize and correct the things that have always kept you stuck in the past. Continue building your IF practice.

PAIGE TURNER (Weeks 7-9)
Turn your IF practice up a notch. Learn to make mindset shifts that will help solidify your long-term success. Continue to refine your IF lifestyle.

PAIGE UP (Weeks 10-12)
Level up – evaluate your fasting goals and your IF schedule: do they align? And it is time to get in touch with your inner child – go back to the types of activities that you had fun doing when you were a kid and incorporate joyful movement into your IF practice!

A 4-week coaching package designed to help you learn the practice of intermittent fasting, and strategies to start you on the path to long-term success.

  • Individual, one-on-one package includes a weekly 45-minute Zoom call and one weekly check-in via SMS text for accountability, motivation, and support. Price: $599.
  • Crew package includes free membership to a private Facebook group for additional accountability, motivation, and support, and to ask questions, along with a weekly 60-minute crew Zoom call.

Price $399 per crew member.

The “PAIGE BREAK” Package (available in one-on-one, individual sessions only).
A 3-session package designed to assist you in breaking through that plateau. Evaluate strategies individually tailored for you to try.

The “PAIGE DOWN” Package (available in one-on-one, individual sessions only).
This 3-session package is designed to help you double down to seek remedies for a stubborn plateau. Be prepared to reach down deep to seek appropriate strategies to return to weight loss. Offered for those who are still dealing with a stubborn plateau after having taken the “PAIGE BREAK” package.

The “HOME PAIGE” Package
A 6-week coaching package designed to either continue to nurture and support ongoing weight loss, or to create/continue the maintenance phase of your weight loss. Create your personalized IF-toolkit of strategies to enable you to make your healthy habits permanent.

Offered for those who have completed the “INTERMITTENT FASTING: NEW HABITS, NEW LIFE” package.
