When was the last time you felt content with your weight, how you felt, and your body? I lost 110 pounds and healed several obesity-related health conditions by learning and practicing intermittent fasting. I will always live an intermittent fasting lifestyle and I am here to travel this path WITH you, dealing with life’s challenges, just like you! Let me be your personal guide. I will provide education, support, encouragement, and guidance in making mindset and lifestyle shifts that will enable you to feel amazing, and finally feel content in your own skin, no matter your age!

Intermittent Fasting Made Simple

Intermittent fasting (IF) is not a diet. It is simply a way to manage your food that greatly improves your health and promotes healthy weight loss. It does not address WHAT you eat, it addresses WHEN you eat. Every day you will eat within a specified period of time, called an eating window. You are always in control, and you determine the hours of your eating window, based on your goals. When you are not within your eating window, you are clean fasting. A clean fast offers the following calorie and flavor-free beverages that you may enjoy during your fast (outside of your eating window):

  • plain black coffee
  • plain water
  • unflavored sparkling or mineral water, such as Perrier, San Pellegrino, or Topo Chico
  • plain black or green tea
As we work together, I will guide you in how to make IF work for you – for life! Intermittent fasting provides a host of health benefits besides healthy weight loss, such as reducing deadly inflammation, healing various obesity related health conditions, and bringing health markers into the healthy range, to name a few. You’ll learn about these health benefits as we work together.

Over 40 years of trying, and failing, every diet imaginable, Paige was at her wits end when she found she had dieted her way up to 315 pounds. Gastric bypass surgery in 2000 resulted in a large, but temporary, weight loss.

In 2019, back up to 249 pounds, Paige was finished with diets forever, and began her own personal health and wellness journey. By practicing intermittent fasting she has reached her health and weight loss goals, and is now successfully negotiating maintenance.

With an extensive professional background in teaching adult learners, and experience mentoring fasters in-person and virtually (both domestic and international) as an administrator and moderator for the 300,000+  member “Delay, Don’t Deny: Intermittent Fasting Support” Facebook group, Paige is uniquely qualified to guide you in taking your own personalized health and wellness journey, as you collaborate to develop your own personalized intermittent fasting practice.
